Chocolate Chunk with Roasted Walnuts

Two kinds of chocolate conspire for a divinely delicious cookie. Callebaut semisweet chocolate and Belgian white chocolate play nicely together, and walnuts we roast ourselves add both crunch and texture to these all-time favorites. They are at once crunchy and chewy, with a fullness of flavor derived from creamy Grade AA butter.
